ARTICLE II. RANKINGS OF THE OBKC®

Section 1.02 Breeder (B-2)
Proper abbreviation “BR2”. The BR2 has 6 months TAB. The Breeder will have at least 1 documented breeding, 2 planned breedings (including the documented breeding) and 1 litter of 3 pups (minimum).
Section 1.03 Breeder First Class (B-3)

Section 1.05 Producer First Class (B-5)
Proper abbreviation “PFC”. The PFC is where skill and experience begin to sharpen. This is the first level of leadership. Responsible for individual training and public relations of newer OBKC® breeders. Responsible for training OBKC® teams, and having them prepared to compete. The authority of the Producer First Class (PFC) is equal to that of any other rank after its kind. Professionally competent leaders inherently command respect for their authority & the PFC must be unquestionably competent in order to carry out the mission of the OBKC® correctly, and care for the training of each new breeder. The rank of Producer First Class is not a position for learning how to become a leader, no apprenticeship. While certainly the PFC will be developing new skills, strengthening old ones and generally getting better, he/she is first class and therefore, no less a professional than the ranks to follow.
Moving up the OBKC® ranks, unlike the promotion process for B-1 through B-4, promotions to Producer First Class (B5) is based on an OBKC®-wide competition. Competition will be based on a point system, which grants points for accomplishments to include, but not limited to:
- Productions
- TAB
- Litters
- Breeders trained
- Events won
- Awards and more
They will receive points for each education level completed and appear before a promotion board of trustees. Producers must meet the following basic Eligibility Criteria to advance to Producer First Class:
- Command Recommendation
- 48 Months TAB
- 8 months as Producer (B-4)
- Must pass breeder development course
- Possess High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 8 Live litters
- 8 Documented breedings
- 6 notable productions (Male or Female)
Section 1.06 Senior Breeder (B-6 thru B-8)
B-5 to B-6 is a major jump in time and experience. Any rank from B-6 and above are considered senior breeders and they carry increasing levels of responsibility and demand greater levels of respect and deference. Unlike promotion from B-1 to B5, command has little to do with a promotion process to senior breeder (B-6 thru B-8). These promotions are completely centralized from the headquarters of the OBKC®. Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be eligible for promotion:
- 08 years TAB for Production Major (B-6)
- 10 years TAB for Master Breeder (B-7)
- 12 years TAB for Ultimate breeder (B-8)
Section 1.07 THE PRODUCTION MAJOR (B-6)
Proper abbreviation “PMJ”. The PMJ is the first level in which the term “Senior Breeder” properly applies. The Production Major generally has 10 to 15 years or more of BREEDING experience and is rightfully expected to bring that experience to bear in quick, accurate decisions that are in the best interest of the OBKC®. The Production Major is generally the beginning level of breeders who have their bloodline mastered and can properly teach other breeders how to begin and manage a bloodline to a point of consistency. The PMJ usually works hand-in-hand with the LTX (Lieutenant exhibitor). They usually distribute and/or provide the brood stock dogs that show and compete to champ and grand champ within the confirmation shows. They advise the Lieutenant Exhibitor on a dogs build, structure, posture, movement and overall appearance based on the standards of The OBKC®. Ultimately advising which dogs are fit to carry out the mission of elevating the breed to the next level.
Section 1.08 THE MASTER BREEDER (B-7)
Proper abbreviation “MBR”. The MBR is considered the life-blood of the OBKC®. When a Master Breeder is exceptional, every breeder under his command is also exceptional. The Master Breeder overlooks all breeding programs within his region or area that is assigned to him. They hold seminars, oversee frequent educational videos on the contracted YouTube channel, and oversee breeding classes for the OBKC®. They delegate to Production Majors to properly inform breeders under them on how to develop a consistent bloodline. Master Breeders work closely with Exhibit Captains and advises them on show related standards and regulations. There is a unique relationship of confidence and respect that exists between the MBR and XCP.
Section 1.09 THE ULTIMATE BREEDER (B-8)
Proper abbreviation “UBR”. The UBR is the highest level of breeder one can achieve, there is no greater honor as a breeder. The Ultimate Breeder is well versed and highly knowledgeable in his/her field. They have earned an immense amount of accomplishments thru The OBKC® while breeding, and in turn gained a multitude of experience. They have created a solid bloodline and produced superstar pups in almost every litter they have produced, that fit into the standard. They rarely breed outside of their program because they have accumulated every trait needed to create their own uniqueness while still producing the BULLY look that we love. They are highly sought out by breeders and producers under their command. The Ultimate Breeder carries out breeding policies, standards, training, and regulations of the OBKC®. The Ultimate Breeder advises and initiates recommendations to the Major Exhibitor pertaining to the regulations and standards set forth by the OBKC®. Perhaps slightly wiser and more experienced than the Master Breeder, the UBR is expected to function completely without supervision. The UBR, like most wise men, can help solve many problems within the Bully Community with unequivocal accuracy.
Section 2- OBKC® EXHIBITOR RANKS
Section 2.01 EXHIBITOR (X-1)
Proper abbreviation “EXB”. Typically the entry level rank for most show exhibitors. Leads a Breeding/Exhibit team made up of a Team Producer and breeders under their command. Up to 25 breeding members of the OBKC®. The Exhibitor must have High School Diploma/GED Equivalency and must undergo extensive training on proper show techniques and regulations. Must also undergo basic breeding courses via the OBKC®.
Section 2.02 LIEUTENANT EXHIBITOR (X-2)
Proper abbreviation “LTX”. A seasoned Exhibitor with 18-24 months TAE. They lead more advanced breeding groups, looking to solidify bloodlines within the breed and transcend the American Bully breeds. As a seasoned Exhibitor, they are often tasked to be the Executive Officer (XO) of the Exhibitors and Breeders in their geographical area (60-80 persons).
Section 2.03 EXHIBIT CAPTAIN (X-3)
Proper abbreviation “XCP”. The XCP commands and controls all shows in their geographical area. Usually with about 4-6 years of experience, they work closely with Production Majors to make sure only the best dogs are entered into each competition, giving the outcome a higher chance of crowning worthy dogs that will represent their respective breeds and The OBKC®. They report to the Major Exhibitor, relaying insights and important criteria gathered during and before each OBKC® show.
Section 2.04 MAJOR EXHIBITOR (X-4)
Proper abbreviation “MAX” Oversees all shows hosted in their state. Typically commands legion-sized teams (100-200 breeders) with an MBR as their assistant. The Major Exhibitor usually has 8-10 years TAE.
Section 2.05 EXHIBIT COLONEL (X-5)
Proper abbreviation “XCL”. Typically commands a region of OBKC® Breeders and Exhibits (Anywhere from 300-1,000 breeders and exhibitors) with an UBR as their assistant. Colonel typically has 12-15 years experience.
Section 2.06 EXHIBIT GENERAL (X-6)

Section 2.07 GENERAL OF THE OBKC® (X-7)
There are only one of these at a time. They oversee all Exhibits/Exhibitors and Breeders of the OBKC®.
